No. Tenants use HAUS through WhatsApp and a simple web link: they pay rent, raise issues and sign agreements there. Only you and your staff use the dashboard.
HAUS generates leave-and-licence and rental agreements from templates and sends them for Aadhaar-based e-sign. Where e-stamping applies in your state, it's added before signing.
Each reminder carries a UPI payment link. When a tenant pays, the payment is matched to their bed, a receipt goes out on WhatsApp, and your ledger updates. You can also log cash payments manually.
